White Fillings are composite plastic restorations which are bonded into the tooth. These are used in place of silver filings. We do not use silver fillings at Beautiful Smiles! The fact we are able to bond these fillings allows a very conservative amount of tooth to be removed during preparation.
I was so glad to get rid of those old black fillings.
